Dbest completed the shell of Felicidad, a mixed-use project on Křenová street in Brno. The eight-story building will offer 20 rental apartments as well as office and retail space. Construction started in March, and the project is scheduled for completion in June 2013. The flats will range from one room to three rooms. There will be 905 sqm of office space and 138 sqm for two retail units. The project will also include a parking garage. Felicidad was designed by Ludvík Křenek and Martina Volejníková from the Albatros studio. Dbest developed the project and also oversees construction.
