AFI Europe plans to break ground on AFI City, a redevelopment project of a 15 ha brownfield area in Prague-Vysočany, next year. The project will include 14 buildings, 10 of which will be office space and four residential. A kindergarten, restaurant and fitness will be part of the project as well. Construction will be cut into seven phases, with offices to come on-line first. The first three buildings should be completed by 2016. AFI did not reveal the investment volume yet, as the project is still in the initial stages.
