The Polish builder Erbud acquired an 80-percent stake in Engorem form Dalkia, a company involved in the energy sector, in a transaction worth PLN 8m. The company used its own equity to close the deal. According to the daily Puls Biznesu, Erbud will acquire the remaining 20 percent of the company in the coming months. Established in 1994, Engorem is active in Łódź. The acquisition is Erbud’s first investment in the Polish energy sector.
