Echo Investment started work on the first phase of its A4 Business Park project in Katowice. Located on Francuska street, the new office park will include three buildings and an underground parking garage. The first phase will include 9,000 sqm of office space in a seven-story building, along with the a parking garage for 153 cars. Echo hopes to complete it by the first quarter of 2014.
Remax Construct will oversee construction.
