Unidevelopment completed work on its Grzybowska 81 office project, adding 10,000 sqm of new space to the Warsaw market. The project includes 9,000 sqm of office space over seven floors and 130 parking spaces in a three-storey underground garage.
The developer is now focusing on a new project called Wola House, that’s now getting underway on Prymasa Tysiąclecia street in Warsaw. The new project will offer 22,500 sqm of office space over 11 floors.
