Skanska plans to develop a 52,000 sqm office project on Barbu Vacarescu boulevard in northern Bucharest. Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2013, once all the building permits are secured. The project will be delivered in phases.
The first building, Green Court, should be completed by early 2015. Two additional phases will follow with completion set for the end of 2018.
Skanska purchased the 15,000 sqm land from the businessman Gabriel Popoviciu for €13m.
