Sacorp Logistics, a 3PL company, signed a lease on 2,000 sqm of industrial and office space at Business Park Rudná, the largest industrial park in Prague-West. Meanwhile, the 3PL company ppm czech, an existing tenant in the business park, has expand its industrial space from 650 sqm to 3,100 sqm and added another 500 sqm of office space. The 150,000 sqm Business Park Rudná is owned by Heitman global property fund and managed by Jones Lang LaSalle.
