A cornerstone was laid at GreenWings Offices, currently underway on Stycznia street in Warsaw. Once completed, the seven-story project will add 10,850 sqm of new space to the local market. GreenWings will also offer a parking garage with 270 spaces. The architectural studio JEMS Architekci design the project, and CFE Polska will oversee construction. The Belgium-based company OKRE Development is managing the investment on behalf of the investor, GreenWings Offices.
