Törley, Hungary’s leading sparkling wine producer, signed a lease on more than 13,000 sqm at the DH Logistik logistics park in Dunaharaszti. Törley will be the building’s only tenant, leasing 12,500 sqm of storage place and 760 sqm of office and service space. The property is owned by IMMOFINANZ Group, which has 102,000 sqm of space worth more than €64m in its Hungarian logistics portfolio.
