BCR opens first automated office

Romanian Commercial Bank (BCR), the country’s largest financial institution, announced it opened a branch where transactions will be exclusively conducted via cash machines.

The new branch, BCR Calea Victoriei, is located at Bucharest Financial Plaza (BFP). Customers will be able to use multifunctional machines, including automated exchange machines, ATMs and an Internet Banking call center. The branch also has a counseling area.
