UBM plans to build a mixed-use project called Times II in Wrocław. Construction is set to break ground in the second quarter of next year. Once completed, the project will add 15,300 sq of offices and 1,580 sqm of retail to the city’s old town. The developer acquired the 0.5ha plot last month and hopes to have the project finished by 2014.
