Ovidiu Sandor, owner of ModaTim clothing chain, plans to develop 100,000 sqm of office space in eight buildings in the cities Timisoara and Cluj.
Sandor has already completed three buildings in Timisoara and is in the process of finishing a fourth. He also has plans to develop a building at City Business Center in Timisoara.
Meanwhile Sandor is partnering with the investment fund NEPI on a 18,000 sqm office project in Cluj. Both have a 50-percent stake in the project.
