The developer Crescon completed a high-end residential project in Prague 4-Bráník. Bránická vyhlídka offers 12 apartments, ranging from two-room to four-room units. The biggest unit is a 157 sqm penthouse that covers two floors and has a 100 sqm terrace. “We have just secured an occupation permit,” said Crescon CEO Jan Jerie. “Half of the units have been sold yet.”
The project, designed by renowned architect Stanislav Heidler, is located in one of Prague’s most popular residential areas and offers beautiful views, good transport options and nearby service infrastructure, including a golf course.
