Hewlett-Packard signed a lease on 1,500 sqm at Globe Trade Centre’s University Business Park in Łódź, while the Polish insurer Warta expanded its lease at the facility. Warta currently has 1,700 sqm of space at the business park.
Located at the corner of Al. Kościuszki and Wólczańska streets, University Business Park is currently 50 percent leased. Tenants include Citibank, Intergraph, Kredyt Bank, Hermann Kirchner, Bankruptcy Management Solutions, Tax Care and Pharmena. The first phase of the project added 19,300 sqm of new office space to the market.
