Andrei Romanescu was named managing director of Hewlett-Packard (HP) Global e-Business Operations Center (GeBOC). He has more than 15 years’ professional experience in the business process outsourcing and telecom field.
Romanescu is the first Romanian to head the regional office since it was set up eight years ago. He previously served as the functional manager for the EMEA region for GBS, HP’s global service center, where he coordinated teams in Romania, Bulgaria and Slovakia. He joined HP in July 2011.
