The Czech-based property company CTP has opened its first office in Prague, choosing a location on the prestigious Parizska street near Old Town Square. The company’s legal team is to be situated in the space, having been based in the company’s buildings in Spielberk Office Centre and in Humpolec until now.
“Thanks to the Prague office, we can be in closer contact with our business partners and have better access to the local market. Our existing projects may be located around the whole country, but we also own land in Prague and in the future we plan to expand our activities in the capital,” said CTP’s general director Remon Vos.
