HB Reavis is planning an office development for Warsaw’s Mokotów district.
The project will break ground on Postępu Street, near the Frideric Chopin airport. Completion is set for 2015.
The developer has been quickly expanding across Poland. Over the last two year, HB Reavis acquired five plots in the country, totaling 9 ha, and plans to build 33,000 sqm of new office space worth €1.1bn, said Stanislav Frňka, CEO of HB Reavis Poland.
Meanwhile, the Mokotów project is the developer’s the third venture this year on the Polish market. Construction on HB Reavis’ Konstruktorska Business Centre is underway and the purchase of another plot in Warsaw closed this month.
