Two Hungarian trading houses will be opened in Azeri capital, Baku. At the beginning of October Péter Szijjártó, foreign Secretary of State announced that Hungary is willing to strengthen its business and foreign cooperation with Caucasian countries, as the government believes the region has huge potential for Hungarian companies. In the scope of this concept two trade offices will be opened in Azerbaijan, one of which will be run by the state. Their mission will be to examine markets, find opportunities and help Hungarian firms in setting up new companies and investing into the Azeri market.
