A new office project called GreenWings broke ground this week in Warsaw’s Okęcie district. The seven-story project, which is being built by CFE Polska, will add nearly 11,000 sqm of new space to the local office market and includes 270 underground parking spots. Located on Stycznia street, the project is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2014. Cushman & Wakefield is handling the leasing process.
