HDS Polska and Levi’s signed leases at Polnord’s Wilanów Office Park this month, taking a total of 1,650 sqm of space in the project. The new tenants will move into the B3 building at the beginning of next year. Levi’s signed on for 930 sqm, while HDS Polska took 720 sqm. Their offices will be on the first floor. Delivered in August, the B3 building provides 10,000 sqm of office space.
Avestus Real Estate has been acting as an advisor on the leasing process. Rents are denominated in Polish zloty.
