Eaton Power Quality and Mitsubishi extended their leases at Okęcie Business Park in Warsaw. The two companies occupy a total of 2,200 sqm in the project’s Nothus building, which was completed in 2008. Other tenants include Coty, Polbank EFG and Kingfisher.
Okęcie Business Park is a six building office complex currently underway on Stycznia street, near the Frideric Chopin airport. Once completed, it will add 60,000 sqm of new offices to the market. The Northus building has a total of 9,600 sqm.
