The Greek furniture retailer Neoset opened a new showroom in Bucharest’s Pipera area.
The new store, a €200,000 investment, has a total area of 600 sqm. Over the next couple of years, the company plans to open six more stores across the country. It currently has four stores in Romania, including one in Bucharest, Timisoara, Constanta and Pitesti.
The group entered the Romanian market in 1991. In 2009, it opened a sofa factory near Bucharest where it exports to its stores in Greece, Cyprus, the United Arab Emirates, Bulgaria, Ecuador and Ethiopia.
