5 November 2012

BBI Development NFI and Liebrecht&wooD are planning to build a shopping and office center
in Warsaw’s Praga district. The project is scheduled to break ground in the middle of next year and will add 43,000 sqm of new commercial space to the local market – 22,000 sqm of which will be retail.
Construction is scheduled to take two years. Both companies will be involved in the project’s leasing process. The project will also include some flats, but BBI will be solely in charge of that component, according to Michał Skotnicki, head of BBI Development.
Liebrecht&wooD will be investing more than PLN 46m in the project, according to Skotnicki and “It is possible the that a company designated by Liebrecht&wooD will acquire the entire complex in the future.”
