BNP Paribas Real Estate Hungary has secured five new property management mandates in the Budapest area. The contract was awarded by Volksbank Real Estate Services for its ca. 50,000 sqm commercial real estate portfolio consisting of four office buildings ā Duna Office Centre, B52 Office Centre, Dexagon, KĆ”lvin Centre. All are located in prime locations across the Hungarian capital. It will also be managing a retail scheme called Atlanta Centre located in the outskirts of Budapest.
