CA Immo signed five lease extensions with tenants at Opera Center 2 and Riverplace in Bucharest. Telemobil (5,000 sqm) and Computer Generated Solutions (5,680 sqm) extended their leases at Riverplace, while Viveo Romania, which already has 746 sqm in the office building renewed its contract and took another 1,400 sqm. The new lease contracts run between four to 10 years.
Stoica & Associates signed a new 10-year lease contract on 920 sqm at Opera Center 2, and Cushman & Wakefield signed a five-year lease on 320 sqm.
CA Immo’s Romanian office portfolio is currently more than 99 percent leased, according to company officials.
