North-West Logistic Park secured financing from BOŚ Bank for its project in Szczecin. Construction on the 64,000 sqm warehouse and production center is now set to start on a 14 ha plot near the A6 motorway. The first stage of the project is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2013. The general contractor is Trasko-Inwest.
The PLN 110m investment is expected to add more than 500 jobs to the local labor market.
The investor North-West Logistic Park is owned by Waimea Holdings Limited, which currently has several warehouse projects under construction across Poland, including East A4 Logistic Park, which will add 61,500 sqm of new storage space to the market.
