The Lithuanian developer Europe Group Investment officially opened the Europa Royale hotel in downtown Bucharest. This is the group’s first hotel opening outside the Baltic states.
Construction of the €14m, four-star hotel was finalized this year. The hotel has a total of 92 rooms over five floors and offers a restaurant and two meeting rooms.
The hotel owner expects to bring in €1.2m in revenues during the first year of operation.
Other Europe Group projects on the regional market include City Center Residence, Carol Park and the Europa Group Towers.
