Goodman completed construction on the second phase of its fourth warehouse in its Kraków Airport Logistics Centre in Modlniczka, a city near Kraków. The first phase of the project was delivered in June, providing 6,100 sqm of new space to Kraków’s warehouse market. A total of 12,250 sqm will be added to the market during the project’s second phase, of which 85 percent is already leased to Royal Canin, Logfarma and DB Schenker Logistics.
“We are delighted to announce the handover of another facility at one of our flagship logistics centers,” said Błażej Ciesielczak, Regional Director at Goodman Poland. “Given the fact that a third of the center’s target area is already leased, it is clear that our customers appreciate the very good location and high quality of the warehouses, as well as easy access to the airport and the A4 expressway.” So far, more than 50,000 sqm of space has been leased at the logistics center.
