Oxford Gardens, a 168,935 sqm residential project situated in the north of Bucharest, is offering discounts on its villas until Dec. 15.
The price for a 325 sqm unfinished villa starts at €285,000, while a finished villa of the same size starts at €385,000. Oxford Gardens includes a total of 204 villas, generous green spaces and a sports complex equipped with tennis and basketball fields.
The project, developed by Willbrook International, officially hit the local market in 2011. It is located across from Bucharest’s American School.
