Two new office projects are going through the EIA process currently: a mix of office and residential space near Anděl, Prague 5, at Na Valentince and a high rise at Budějovická metro station in Prague 4.
The project at Na Valentince should replace a former tram depot and offer 8,000 sqm of office and approximately 30 flats. Quarta Architektura is representing the developer in the EIA process. Administrativní centrum Budějovická is the current name of the other project, represented by the real estate brokerage Opal Real, owned by Wien based Kara Handelsgesellschaft and Eximpol Industriewarenhandelsgesellschaft. The 20-storey office building is to be built at the intersection of Budějovická and Vyskočilova streets between 2014 and 2016.
