DB Schenker has expanded its leasehold at PointPark Prague D1 by taking an additional 6,949 sqm of warehouse and 290 sqm of offices space. This is Schenker’s fourth extension at the park, bringing the overall area it leases there to 26,000 sqm.
The 177,700 sqm PointPark D1 is currently 95 percent occupied. P3 has a construction permit there to build more than 39,000 sqm of new BTS units. Schenker, Hopi, Auto Kelly and PTS CLC are the key tenants at the park.
Schenker also signed a new contract to take 2,810 sqm of warehouse and 227 sqm of office at one of the developer’s Slovak schemes, PointPark Žilina. A newcomer to the industrial park, Schenker plans to serve all of Slovakia from there. P3 has the option to build another 35,000 sqm of warehouse and office space at the 90,000 sqm park in Žilina.
