Daramis Group has added the second phase of the Zelené Město project in Prague 9-Jarov to its regional residential portfolio. Daramis bought the project from Lighthouse Group. The project consists of 13 buildings offering two- to four-room flats. Daramis plans to start selling 92 units in the first four apartment buildings in November. The flats will go on the market for CZK 50,000 per sqm.
Daramis Group CEO Yariv Ronen says he hopes the second phase will attract the same level of interest as the first phase, which is 95 percent sold. Construction of the project should start in spring and is scheduled for completion in 2015. Daramis has been on the local market since 2000. Its previous transactions included acquisitions of 4D Kodaňská Office Center in Prague 10, Šárka Business Park in Prague 6 and Tulipa Vokovice, also in Prague 6.
