The promotional materials producer Promidea signed a lease on almost 1,000 sqm of space at the Cubic Center office building in Bucharest’s Pipera area. The building is part of the Dinu Patriciu Global Properties portfolio.
Promidea posted a €7m turnover last year. Cubic Center office building offers 27,000 sqm of office spaces over 12 floors. It also has three levels of underground parking with 507 spaces.
