BCB Business Park signs three new tenants

A trio of IT companies signed leases at Baltic Centre Business Park, currently under construction in Gdańsk. Banqsoft is taking 455 sqm, Learnetic signed on for 270 sqm and SolwIT went for 259 sqm. The new tenants will join companies like Aluprof, Bałtyckiego Centrum Biznesu, COMEX, IFSS Polska, P4B, Solving Efeso and Warbud in the project’s B1 building in the near-term.
“We’re now working to fill the first phase of the project, and we’re preparing the commercialization of building B2, which is set to break ground this in the near-term,” said Łukasz Michalski, who’s responsible for leasing the project.
A total of 9,250 sqm will be delivered in the project’s first phase, with 48,000 sqm planned for the entire complex, which will include a total of five office buildings.
