The businessman Eli Davidai has revealed he is the owner of Forsev, a steel producer, according to the news server Wall Street. Forsev is part of the Quadrant Metal Group, which has a production unit in Budapest and two others in the United States. The group brings in $500m per year, according to Davidai.
The businessman explained that Forsev had been exporting only half of its products before the financial crisis hit in 2008. However, Davidai has been increasing exports since then to cope with Romania weakening economy.
