Green Factory Logistics and Uponor became new tenants at Europolis Park Błonie distribution center this month, with Green Factory Logistics taking 2,475 sqm of logistic space, and Uponor signing on 3,400 sqm of storage and office space.
Green Factory Logistics is a manufacturer and distributor of vegetables and fruits, while Uponor provides plumbing and heating systems for the residential and commercial market. Europolis Park Błonie is now offering a total of 176,000 sqm of new distribution and logistic space, but it is expected to have a total of 317,000 sqm. The advisor Axi Immo secured the transaction.
