Warimpex plans to invest CZK 0.5bn to expand the Diplomat hotel at the Dejvická metro station in Prague 6-Dejvice. The Austrian developer plans to build two additional buildings that will be connected with the main hotel building and expand its capacity by 140 rooms and 55 apartments. The hotel currently has 398 rooms and is operated by Vienna International Hotelmanagement. Warimpex CEO Vladimir Gjuras was quoted in Týden.cz as saying the project is in the planning process, while negotiations are underway with Prague 6 representation over a three-story underground parking garage.
