The Polish builder Unibep landed a PLN 110.8m contract for the housing project Zielony Żoliborz. But that’s not the only good news for the company. “By the end of the month, we have a chance to sign two more contracts, in Norway,” said Jan Mikołuszko, Unibep’s chairman. “We are also negotiating new contracts in Belarus. All of them could total PLN 100m.” Mikołuszko also revealed his company is in the running on a number of other projects as well but declined to disclose further details. The company is currently waiting for a final decision on a contract for a sports hall in Gliwice. Unibep’s offer was for PLN 306m.
