Toyota Tusho Europe signed a lease on almost 8,000 sqm at Prologis Park Prague-Jirny. The deal was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial Agency. Toyota Tusho will use the new space to provide logistics services to companies in both the automotive and non-automotive industries.
The Jirny facility is the only site in the Czech Republic where Toyota Tusho has a lease as the company generally prefers to own its facilities.
“For companies with a long-term yet flexible approach, the combination of owning properties and leasing space is a strategic solution. Leasing provides a greater degree of mobility and does not tie up capital. This is something that companies really appreciate nowadays,” said Christopher LaRue of the industrial team of Cushman & Wakefield.
