The first stage of Avestus Real Estate鈥檚 Enterprise Park officially opened yesterday in Krak贸w鈥檚 Podg贸rze district. The developer plans to start work on the second phase of the project in the first quarter of next year. Delphi Poland and Cisco Systems have already signed lease agreements and will take up 87 percent of the space delivered in the project鈥檚 first two phases.
Once completed, Enterprise Park will offer 28,000 sqm in three office buildings. Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex is overseeing the construction.
