Verbund relocates Romanian headquarters

The Austrian energy producer Verbund relocated its Romanian headquarters, taking 200 sqm at Unimed Building, near University Square in downtown Bucharest.

Crosspoint brokered the deal. Verbund has invested more than €150m in Romania and through its mother company operates a number of energy producing facilities across the country, including a 100 megawatt wind farm it opened last May Tulcea County.

Verbund, Austria’s leading energy company, posted a €3.9bn turnover in 2011. The company provides energy to more than 4 million customers across Europe.
