EmiTel is set to open a new office at Fronton Office Center in Kraków. The operator of radio and TV broadcast infrastructure took 983 sqm of space at the office building on Kamienna street. Cushman & Wakefield handled the transaction. The six-story building was delivered this April, adding 5,570 sqm of new space to the local property market in addition to a 170-spot garage.
The project’s developer, Froton, is a local company focusing on both the office and residential sector.
