Real estate developer Adama is investing €14.1m in the construction of over 200 apartments in Bucharest, the company said.
The 210 homes will be spread between the project’s two new phases, called Edenia Titan and Evocasa Optima. Edenia Titan includes a total of six residential buildings. The first part of Edenia complex, completed in 2009 consisted of two buildings with 226 apartments, all of which have been sold. The new portion of Edenia will see another 126 apartments go on the market, with construction lasting from October 2012 and the fall of 2013.
Optima Evocasa first phase consists 83 apartments completed in 2010, which until now have been sold at a rate of 82 percent.
Adama has a significant presence in the Titan area of Bucharest having completed five projects. It’s active across Romania, but also has projects in Moldova, Ukraine and Turkey. The company has so far built more than 1,500 apartments. The number of units sold by Adama reaches over 1,000.
Since November 2011, Adam has been a fully integrated part of the Immofinanz group.
