A new tenant is to move into the Rondo1 office building this month, with the company Conoco Phillips taking 5,000 sqm of offices on the sixth floor. The New York-listed energy giant has offices in 30 countries, employing more than 160,000 people. Along with Conoco Phillips two others have signed agreements at Rondo1. Bridgepoint and Credit Suisse agreed to extend their leases at the building for another five years. Bridgepoint currently occupies 530 sqm, while Credit Suisse has 950 sqm.
