Poland’s industrial space supply has just hit 7.25 million sqm, 100,000 sqm of which was delivered in the third quarter of the year. Eight projects were introduced to the local warehouse market during this period with 94-percent pre-lease levels. More than 200,000 sqm of storage space is now under construction across the country, with 420,000 sqm of space leased in Q3 2012. The number reflects 36.2 percent of the deals closed since the beginning of the year. Poland’s central region remain the most attractive, with lease agreements totaling 150,000 sqm in the third quarter of the year.
