Ronson Development has announced the sale of all but 10 flats in its Gemini II housing project, which is nearing completion in Warsaw’s Unsynoów district. The project will deliver a total of 167 flats in two buildings to the local market next month. The flats that are still available range from 87 sqm to 103 sqm with prices starting at PLN 7,900 per sqm.
“The fact that a month before the project is completed, there are just 10 flats left for sale proves the project enjoys the interest from the buyers,” says Andrzej Gutowski of Ronson.
