Richard Meier, the American architect who designed Skanska Propertyās City Green Court office building in Prague 4-PankrĆ”c, said in an interview in HospodĆ”ÅskĆ© noviny that he will design another building for Skanska in the same location.
The developer is planning to build City Parkview on the land it bought from ECM next to City Green Court. City Parkview will be the fourth building designed by Meier in the PankrĆ”c business district in addition to City Tower, City Point and City Green Court. Meier said he is also considering a project in PopoviÄky to the east of Prague, which will include residential units, a hotel, school, retail units and a golf course.
