Hochtief Development is betting on a new marketing tool for its project Office Islands, which it has been struggling to get off the ground for the past few years. Potential tenants will be able to look at the project in a so-called augmented reality – a 3D model will be available for their smartphones and tablets. Hochtief presents the project it plans to build the project in Letňany-Prague 9 on the Expo Real property fair in Munich. The project’s retail space has attracted the only potential tenants, including Kolkovna Restaurants, a Mangaloo fresh bar and a Don Pealo tobacco shop.
