The Filadelfie office building at BB Centrum in Prague 4, has a new tenant: the Czech subsidiary of Pioneer Investments Group has signed a lease contract to occupy half of the 16th floor, totaling 865 sqm of office space. Pioneer Investment is part of UniCredit Group and its relocation from Karlin-Prague 8, is part of the group’s plans to centralize operations. UniCredit Bank moved to Filadelfie, developed by PasserInvest, earlier this year, becoming the building’s anchor tenant. Filadelfie is BREEAM In Use certified and is currently almost entirely occupied.
