Investment volume hits €536m in Q3 2012

The overall commercial property investment volume across Central and Eastern Europe hit €536m in the third quarter, according to Cushman & Wakefield, which reflects a slight increase compared with Q2 2012, when CEE deals reached €435m. Property transactions have reached €1.9bn across the region so far this year.
Poland is leading the CEE investment market, with deals totaling €1.5bn for the third quarter of 2012. The Czech Republic landed €452m in deals, while the lowest investment level was seen in Hungary.
